Purpose of the Job

To drive the company’s business and increase revenue by building a strong network with the sales team of the channel partner

Your contribution areas

- Recruiting agents. Building a team .

Providing training to your team, getting business through team.

Meet the business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and driving channel partners.

- Network with assigned channel partner teams to build win-win business relationship and ensure high performance.
- Adhere to the company sales processes and procedures.
- ensure compliance to regulatory and statutory regulations while discharging the work.


Business Skills
Knowledge of financial services domain, specifically Life Insurance, will be a strong advantage.

Education background
Graduate in any stream



salary- 2.76l ctc + incentives

Work experience
Minimum 2yrs - 6 years of experience in sales.
