We are FMCG Company, based in Kolkata; we are looking for Direct Sales Associate (DSA) from all Districts of West Bengal. DSA will have to arrange a team with 10 to 15 Direct Sales Executive (DSE) who will sell our product by Door to Door + 1 Team Leader who will look after all DSEs properly + 1 Stock in Charge who will look after the all stock & materials properly. DSEs Monthly Salary will be Rs. 6000/- approx + Yearly Bonus & Team Leader’s Monthly Salary will be Rs. 7000/- approx + Yearly Bonus.
Monthly Income of Direct Sales Associate (DSA) Rs. 33,000/- (Approx)
DSA should have Minimum 60 sqft space to hold our stock it may be at your home, Bank Account, Voter Card or Adhaar Card.
