Designation : Associate (Customer Support )
Job Description : Domestic, Inbound Voice Process. (Receiving calls of domestic customers and solving out their queries regarding the process hired for).
Job Location : Kolkata
Work Timings : 6days a week, 9 hours a shift including an hour break, 24/7 shifts, flexible with night shifts(Split roster Off-1days).
Salary Structure :
•Rs. 5200 pm – 6500 p.m. + Performance based incentive of Rs1200.
Eligibility Criteria :
1.Average communication skills in English. Good Bengali and Hindi
2.Both Fresh and Experienced candidates are welcome
3.Age between 18-32 Years.
4.Comfortable working in 24/7 environment, night shifts (Home pick / drop provided).
5.HSC Pass/ Undergraduates (students pursuing regular college eligible)/ Any Graduate( But BE / Btech /MCA / MBA are not eligible ).
